1. Pretzel S’mores Bites

Using pretzels instead of graham crackers will give these
s’mores more of a crunch. Plus, they’re bite-sized, so you’ll
avoid any crumbly mess.
       

What you’ll need:

8 oz chopped semi-sweet chocolate
2 tsp coconut oil
1 bag of square-shaped pretzels
24 regularly sized marshmallows, sliced in half
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 to 3 graham crackers, finely crushed

How to make it:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and place a rack in the
center. Arrange pretzels in a single layer on baking sheets lined
with parchment paper, leaving at least 1 1/2 inches between
each. Place one marshmallow half on each pretzel.
3. Bake until the marshmallows begin to brown. Remove
from the oven and cool for 3 minutes.
4. Place 1/4 teaspoon of peanut butter in the center of each
marshmallow. Gently press a second pretzel on top.
5. Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl onto a pot of
simmering water, making sure that the water does not touch the
bottom of the bowl. Add the chocolate and coconut oil. Melt
them together, stirring occasionally. Once the chocolate has
nearly melted, remove the pan from the heat and continue
stirring to melt the chocolate completely.
6. Quickly dip half of each s’mores bite into the melted
chocolate.
7. Place each bite on the baking sheet and, while the
chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
Place in fridge until the chocolate has set.


2.Peanut Butter Cup Banana S’mores

Peanut butter and bananas has always been a great combo, but
adding marshmallow and chocolate into the mix makes for an
even sweeter treat.
                              

What you’ll need:

3 graham crackers, broken in half
1 milk chocolate bar
3 Reese’s peanut butter cups
3 marshmallows, cut in half
1 banana, thinly sliced

How to make it:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheet with
parchment or wax paper.
2. Place graham cracker squares in rows on baking sheet. Top
each with three pieces of milk chocolate. Add two marshmallow
halves on top of each.
3. Bake for 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows begin to
slightly expand. Remove from oven.
4. Top each s’more with 2 to 3 slices of banana.
5. Add peanut butter cup on top of the banana, and top with
another graham cracker to form a sandwich. Return to oven for
an additional 3 to 5 minutes.

3. Grilled Caramel Bacon S’mores

Apparently you can add bacon to just about anything—try this
for the perfect mix of salty and sweet.
                       

What you’ll need:

8 squares of milk chocolate
8 marshmallows
8 graham cracker squares, broken in half
4 slices of bacon
8 tsp caramel sauce

How to make it:

1.    Heat your grill on medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
2.    Arrange bacon on cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Cook bacon (with barbecue lid down) for 5 minutes per side or
until cooked through, then cut into bite-sized pieces
3.    Place marshmallows on skewers and heat over grill until
they’re toasted to your preference.
4.    Place a square of chocolate over one half of the graham
cracker square. Place the bacon over the chocolate, then a
marshmallow and drizzle of caramel sauce.
5.    Top with second half of graham cracker and serve
immediately.
